Niacin

So it's crazy how one might look back and say they would not change a thing about there past. My question is how can you matter more to yourself now.  I go out in the middle of the night and run with my dog because I can. I never see anyone. I don't stop running in between lights and either does Wiley. He is on a leash. It's easy to tell that he can't stop and won't stop.  Next month is the Myrtle Beach Mini Marathon and last year I ran as a volunteer 13 minute mile pacer and this year, next month I have filled the spot for the 12 minute spot. I get to carry a balloon on a stick and help someone or many along the way...last year I ran with two older military women. I talk about helping others along the way because I can. 5 years ago I was a crack head for I'm thinking 3 years. I am clean and healthy and in the clear because of Vitamin B3 also called Niacin. Taken in large doses (never, ever, ever...I repeat Ever take slow time released Niacin or no flush). I get mine from Costco Pharmacy. I want nothing more than to work hard and be nice to people.
